An email containing a link to IPASonline will be sent when your daily and monthly transaction activity statements are processed and become available on the Internet. The email(s) will be sent instead of the printed statement.
IPASonlineTM Authorized Users - Use this form to assign new Authorized Users or to change current Authorized Users of IPASonline who will have authority to invest and withdraw available moneys for your public entity.
Additional Account Authorization - Use this form to open additional FIT accounts for your public entity.
Change of Bank - Use this form to change the bank account information associated with your FIT accounts.
State Aid Form - Use this sample form to send your School District's state aid directly to your FIT account.
Application - Use this form to get signed up for FIT, includes resolution and application.
Electronic Payment Policy - SDCL 4-3-27 allows local governments to use electronic payments for purchases AFTER adopting a resolution that establishes policies providing for the use and accountability of electronic transactions.
Vendor Setup Form - Use this form to set up Vendors to be paid electronically via Vendor Pay.
